Position Overview:
Dynamic Talent International is seeking a Full-time Sponsorship Sales Director to build the branding and sponsorship division through securing sponsorship agreements for events or organizations by identifying prospects, developing creative proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Primary responsibilities
Prospecting and lead generation: Research and identify potential sponsors through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Proposal development: Create custom, persuasive proposals and "sponsorship decks" that align with a brand's goals and demonstrate value through creative ideas and activation concepts.
Sales and negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Client management: Serve as a point of contact for sponsors, ensuring all elements of the agreement are fulfilled and that client satisfaction leads to repeat business and renewals.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, event, and other internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and activation of sponsorships and to identify new opportunities.
Required skills and qualifications
Sales experience: at least 4 years of experience in sales, with a strong record of success in a related field like music, sports, or media.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently converse with and influence C-level executives.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
Creativity: The ability to think creatively to develop unique partnership ideas that align with both the sponsor's brand and the audience.
Business acumen: Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach to add value to prospects and clients.
Software proficiency: Experience with standard office software such as Google Docs, sheets, and slides.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel as needed.
