Eutopia Warehouses are looking for an individual with experience in promoting / marketing music events to join our team. The person will be assisting our campaign directors across a wide range of festival and club shows including 51st State Festival and more! 

Job roles include but not limited to: 

• Assisting the Promoter in creating strategy for shows (this will include social, content etc)

• Assisting the Promoter in creating marketing timelines 

• Ensuring all deadlines on the timeline are kept

• Activating and delegating strategy for shows where necessary

• Assisting Promoter in liaising with an Ad Buyer

• Copy writing for content including blog posts, social media etc

• Distributing marketing materials to third parties e.g. brands, artists

• Setting Up Tickets on Live It

• Updating and maintaining all socials and websites with news, new content etc

• Management and maintenance of databases e.g. mobile, email etc

The preferred individual: 

• Avid fan of music in all forms with a heavy focus on the various strands of electronic music we cover

• Previous experience working on marketing campaigns for music events either for their own events or for a company

• Extremely up to date with social and marketing trends

• Good knowledge of digital content and formats 

• Extremely well organised with faultless time keeping 

• Friendly manner and good with managing relationships 

• Very good written English
