**As a Server in our legendary music and entertainment venues, you'll play a key role in creating **unforgettable dining experiences that celebrate the spirit of live music and great food. You'll take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure each table receives friendly and attentive service from start to finish. Our venues blend the excitement of live performances with a fast-paced, high-energy dining atmosphere that keeps both guests and staff inspired. As the ideal candidate you're team-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments where hospitality and music come together.
• Greet guests with a sincere welcome. Engage in friendly conversations to cultivate regular and repeat business. Remain present in dining areas during shift to support guest needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus and daily specials. Respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu, beverage options, and entertainment. Suggestively sell to boost sales.
• Proactively address guest needs. Respond to concerns and resolve issues with a professional, positive attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders. Input them into POS system accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, verifying accuracy and presentation. Bus tables as needed to maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company policies. Request proper ID per company policy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, operate POS terminals accurately, handle payments securely, and reconcile financials at the end of the shift.
• Maintain clean and orderly dining and service environments during and after service. Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in both public areas and back of house.
• Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties.
• Model company service basics. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
