VP / Talent Buyer
Grand Rising Curations (GRC) is a boutique independent concert promoter producing concerts and music festivals across the United States. With a portfolio spanning festivals, stadiums, arenas, casinos, and third-party venues, GRC is one of the most sought-after independent promoter partners in the country.
The Role
GRC is seeking a VP / Talent Buyer to lead and scale our booking strategy across stadiums, arenas, and 5K+ capacity venues. This senior-level role holds ownership of programming strategy, deal structures, routing, and P&L for your slate—along with the opportunity to operate entrepreneurially within the GRC ecosystem and help shape our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do

Oversee bookings and venue deals across multiple lines of business, including exclusive and long-term partnerships.
Lead negotiations and close complex deals with agents, managers, venues, and co-promoters.
Drive show performance "soup to nuts": forecasting, on-sale strategy, marketing/ticketing oversight, production and operations coordination, and ancillary revenue development.
Manage event P&L: build, approve, and track budgets to ensure financial performance meets or exceeds targets.
Cultivate and leverage top-tier relationships with agencies, management teams, venues, municipalities, and brand partners.
Oversee artist and venue settlements with precision and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of talent buying experience with a strong arena and amphitheater track record.
Deep, active relationships across major agencies and management firms.
Proven P&L ownership, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making paired with a deep knowledge of music and artists.
