Hot Meal Records is a Berlin-based electronic label and events collective focused on emerging sounds, bold visuals, and building real platforms for artists. The role

We are looking for a person to join us to join the team for a full time position (35h per week) -
You will aid the MCMG team in leading the direction of musical artists brand and public voice. The role involves making quick turn around content, strategic planning and creating creative campaigns around releases and events as well as collaborating with graphic designers and artists

**Hard skills
**- After Effects experience who can animate layered PSD assets (3D experience would be a plus)

• Capcut/Premiere for video formatting on socials, editing skills
• deeper understanding of Instagram/Tiktok trends and meme culture
• being able to create a public voice that resonates with the younger generation
• fluent/highlevel in English, German is a plus
• 2+ years experience
