Artist Management Assistant

LME is seeking a dynamic Artist Management Assistant to join their team, who can help drive artist projects confidently, whilst also working collaboratively, with a positive, flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude. Relevant experience in the entertainment industry, in some form not necessarily artist management, is required.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of artists, supporting the lead artist managers as follows:
• Assisting with planning and delivery of global release campaigns, including promotion and social media plans, press, marketing and international touring/events. 
• Acting as management representative for artists on location, promotional activities, photo shoots and events. 
• Managing artists’ socials channels and implementing digital marketing strategies with artists.
• Managing artist database and mailer communications with various third parties. 
• Diary management across several artists (often across multiple time-zones) - including writing sessions, promotional schedules, travel bookings, visa processing. 
• Assisting with all aspects of creative including booking and management of all grooming and styling teams; booking stylists, hair, make up & managing artists’ event wardrobes. 
• Working with Tour Managers to liaise on artist related logistical elements to a tour or performance events; including band and crew booking, liaison with agents, third party bookers, guests lists, attending media etc.
• Working with merchandisers or direct suppliers to deliver merchandise solutions for live activity and D2C stores – including product design & all areas of fulfilment. 
• Ensuring PRS, PPL, publishing and neighbouring rights information is accurately registered. 
• Booking travel and creating itineraries for artists and the wider artist team. 
• Industry related assistance to artists on ticket procurement, event attendance etc
• Assistance on budgets and general accounting with internal & external accounting teams.
• Leading on artist related general enquiries to management office and liaising with artist manager on responses/next steps, including private event bookings.
• Updating artist bio and sales materials for external use.

Person specification
• Right to work in the UK
• Some level of experience working within the entertainment industry or associated businesses. Previous direct liaison with talent desirable but not essential.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends
• Self-motivated to work independently and take on accountability, whilst also working as a team player.
• Able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail at all times.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with industry partners.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
