NGE Booking is looking for an Agency Assistant to join the team. You will work diligently across a variety of duties, supporting a Senior Agent/s with their exciting roster, ranging from emerging talent to headliners.

Job role:

The aim of the role is to support the agent from deal confirmation stage through to post event

Liaising with agents, artists, managers, promoters, venues and other music industry connections

Creating deal memos and show confirmations and chasing contracting information

Issuing contracts and invoices via our booking system Overture

Working with promoters to discuss and identify new bookings for artists on the roster.

Managing spreadsheets and checking travel

Liaising with artists and managers regarding social media requests and artwork approvals

Ensuring promoters receive artist riders, technical specifications, and press kits

Chasing deposits and payments for shows when needed

In depth research projects for agent as required and minute taking at artist meetings

Hours / Pay:

• Full Time / Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00

• Salary - DOA

• Must be London-based and expected to be office-based 4 days per week

**Requirements: **

Significant prior experience as an Agency Assistant is highly desirable; experience working in the nightlife industry is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication and impeccable attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple artists and priorities simultaneously

Passion for Electronic music, with a keen ear for talent and the ability to identify artists with potential for growth

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Knowledge of online productivity tools such as Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Dropbox
