Otherworldly Booking Agent Role (Berlin)

Full time

Onsite • Berlin, Germany

30,000 - 35,000 Euros

Otherworldly Artists is a booking agency built for artists shaping the future of live and electronic music.

We’re inviting an established booking agent to join our Berlin office in person on a salaried basis. This is a role for someone ready to step into an environment where their taste, relationships, and long term thinking are properly supported and able to scale. At Otherworldly, booking agents do not operate in isolation. You will be backed by a dedicated in house advancing and finance team, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building meaningful live careers, deepening relationships, and unlocking opportunities on a global level.

This role is for someone who already knows how to deliver. You understand what the work requires and will arrive with a ready made roster. You are comfortable with the pressure, responsibility, and pace that comes with representing artists at a high level. What you may be looking for now is space. Space to think longer term, to grow your roster with intention, and to operate within an agency designed to support you properly.

You will take ownership of your artists’ live strategy while working closely with a team that shares responsibility for delivery and long term success.

Our ambition is clear. We want to build an agency that is sustainable, forward thinking, and culturally relevant. That means questioning old habits, investing in better systems, and giving our artists and agents the support they need to grow. Together, we aim to build careers that last, and an agency that sets a new standard for how this work is done.

The Role

You will:

Represent and grow a roster of artists, securing live performances and touring opportunities across international markets

Develop long-term touring strategies in close collaboration with our in-house advancing team

Negotiate fees, contracts, and deal terms in line with artist and agency objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, festivals, labels, and managers worldwide

Work closely with finance and accounts to ensure clear settlement, transparency, and consistency

Contribute ideas around new signings, emerging scenes, and opportunities aligned with Otherworldly’s vision

Maintain a high standard of artist care, ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and confident in the team around them

Turn strong relationships and successful shows into repeat business and long-term partnerships

Who This Is For

You are likely:

An experienced booking agent currently working within an agency or operating independently

Representing artists that align with Otherworldly’s aesthetic and ambition

Well-connected internationally, with trusted relationships across promoters and venues

Commercially astute, with taste and cultural awareness at the core of your work

Seeking an environment that enables better work through stronger structure and support

What We Offer

A competitive salaried position with performance-based bonuses

A fully integrated in-house advancing and finance team designed to support scale and quality

The opportunity to help shape an agency actively redefining how this business operates

A collaborative environment built on ambition, trust, and long-term thinking

The chance to build something meaningful alongside people committed to doing things properly

Access to a strong network, established reputation, and pre-existing roster
