Cecil Park Records (CPR) is an independent label based in Culver City. We’re hiring two full-time A&Rs to expand our discovery pipeline and artist roster.
About the Role
We’re looking for A&Rs with sharp instincts and real conviction—people who can identify artists early, before the market catches up. We care about your ability to recognize what’s working, what’s next, and why.
What You’ll Do
• Identify early-stage artists with organic momentum ahead of major label competition
• Track streaming data, social signals, and emerging scenes to surface opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, and producers
• Work directly with our proprietary discovery system and contribute to scoring criteria
• Help shape deal conversations from first contact through close
What We’re Looking For
• Strong taste and a clear point of view
• Ability to spot talent early and back your instincts
• Existing relationships or a credible path to building them
• Comfort working with data and discovery tools
• High responsiveness and follow-through
