We are seeking a highly motivated, well-connected, and creatively driven A&R Consultant to expand our release pipeline through strategic scouting and signing. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the electronic music space with the ability to identify emerging talent, provide meaningful creative input, and manage relationships with professionalism. You will work directly with the Co-Founders to deliver 2–3 high-quality signed tracks each month while upholding the artistic standards of the label.
