Artist Management Intern

Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day operations of the artist management team across all clients
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming communications (calls, emails, messages) in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner
• Proactively assist in managing the clients’ personal and professional calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely follow-ups
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel, and other client needs as directed
• Help anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and other time-sensitive issues
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communication
• Perform various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable and professional in interacting with executives, industry professionals, and high-profile individuals
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset
• Punctual, reliable, and agile in responding to time-sensitive requests
• Able to effectively problem-solve through unexpected or last-minute challenges
• Maintains the highest level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
