JOB DESCRIPTION
As Audience & Content Assistant you will be reporting to the Head of Audience & Digital and assisting them with creating, scheduling and posting remarkable content across all social media and fan channels of a global, Grammy-nominated artist. We’re looking for an individual with extensive experience, exceptional work ethic and drive within social media management and content production on a large scale. The perfect candidate has a deep knowledge of short-form content and extraordinary skills in engaging with a global audience online, as well as thrives within the always-on, faced-paced world of social media. Tireless dedication and passion for fandom is a must. The full-time role is London-based and allows flexible working hours. 
Please note this is not a creative role and does not involve campaign planning, focusing on execution and operations instead. The ideal candidate will work very closely with the Head of Digital to implement existing strategies to maximise impressions and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience with a variety of editing software including Premiere Pro and CapCut
Excellent time management and organisational skills, high attention to detail
Understanding of the current trends and landscapes across all major social media platforms
Maintaining a content calendar and organised filing system
Experience filming and editing short-form content including TikToks, Reels and Shorts
Ensuring content is scheduled and posted on the appropriate channels 
Organising and curating a large number of photo and video files 
Maintaining close communication with the Head of Audience & Digital and wider management team
Showcasing proven ability to follow complex instructions precisely
