Seeking a presenter-facing Booking Coordinator to support the live-performance growth of CARA-C, a Juilliard-trained crossover pop violinist with major-stage credentials and multiple bookable concert offerings. 
This is a temporary/acting-role for an experienced professional who understands how to help develop and sell a live tech-luxe concert property in the presenter-driven market.
**Ideal fit: **may be a former agency or management assistant who knows the system, someone building an identity or coming into their own, who understands Performing Arts Centers (PACs), civic dates, and seasonal routes. Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and judgment ability. Familiarity with André Rieu-type presenter markets is a plus. Understands how to work with a polished, niche, high-quality artist brand. ** **
Current live properties include Melodies from Earth, a violin-led concert program built around beloved melody-driven repertoire from around the world; Sax & Violin: A Holiday Concert; and a Fourth of July pre-fireworks performance designed for family-friendly civic celebrations and broad community appeal. 
Responsibilities: identify and pursue qualified booking opportunities support outreach to presenters, buyers, promoters and venues assist with routing for presenter-driven, civic, and seasonal dates track follow-ups, refine pitches and select opportunities.
Experiences: in booking, touring, presenter relations, live event sales for performing Arts Centers (PACs), arts presenters, touring, festivals, or upscale/luxury buyers. 
Compensation: Contract / commission-based structure. Details will be discussed based on experience and scope of involvement.
