About Juice
Juice is a gamified fan engagement platform used by music festivals, live events, venues, and entertainment brands to turn fans into ambassadors. We help events sell more tickets, drive real-world engagement, activate sponsors, and reward the people who actually show up and care.
We live at the intersection of music, culture, and technology. This isn’t corporate SaaS. It’s built for people who live in the crowd, backstage, and behind the scenes.
We’re early, scrappy, and already working with real events. If you want to learn how partnerships and growth actually happen in music and live entertainment, this is the room.
The Role
We’re hiring an early-career killer to help us start conversations with music festivals, venues, and conferences.
Your job is simple, but not easy:
book qualified meetings with real decision-makers.
You’ll do outbound across cold calls, cold emails, Instagram DMs, and LinkedIn. You’ll work from existing lead lists and source your own. You’ll report directly to the founder and get fast feedback on what works and what doesn’t.
This is not a script-reading job. Judgment, taste, and follow-through matter.
What Success Looks Like
• 3 qualified meetings booked per week
• Meetings with promoters, marketing leads, partnerships, sponsorship, or equivalent decision-makers
• Clean handoffs to the founder for closing
There’s a clear scoreboard. You’ll always know where you stand.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and outreach to music festivals, venues, conferences, and live events
• Use cold call, cold email, Instagram DMs, and LinkedIn creatively (not spammy)
• Qualify prospects and book meetings that actually matter
• Experiment with messaging and learn what resonates in music culture
• Maintain clean notes and handoffs for founder-led closes
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
• Is early in their career and wants to break into startups, music, or entertainment
• Is comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Cares about music, events, culture, or entertainment
• Wants to work directly with a founder and learn fast
• Takes ownership and follows through
No prior SDR experience required. Hunger and discipline matter more.
Who This Is NOT For
• Someone looking for a passive side gig
• Someone who needs constant supervision
• Someone looking for a traditional corporate sales role
This is a proving ground.
Compensation & Commission
Base Pay
• Hourly base for 10–15 hours per week
• Base provides stability; performance drives upside
Commission: Qualified Meetings
• $75 per qualified meeting booked
• Meetings must be:
• With a decision-maker or strong influencer (promoter, marketing lead, partnerships, sponsorship, etc.)
• Attended (no-shows do not count)
• A legitimate fit for Juice (festival, venue, conference, or live event use case)
Monthly Accelerator
• After 12 qualified meetings in a calendar month, commission increases to:
• $150 per qualified meeting for all additional meetings that month
Closed-Won Bonus
• 3% of first-year contract value for any deal that closes from meetings you sourced
• Paid upon close
• Applies to deals closed within 6–9 months of the first SDR-sourced meeting
• You are not responsible for closing, but you are rewarded for quality sourcing
Performance Expectations
• Target: 12 qualified meetings per month (≈3 per week)
• Minimum floor: 8 qualified meetings per month
• Missing the floor for two consecutive months indicates the role is not a fit
Upside & Growth
• Meaningful commission potential on top of base
• Clear path to full-time, leadership (Head of Growth / Partnerships), and equity for top performers
Logistics
• 10–15 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Optional in-person work if you’re local to LA
• Reports directly to the founder
