The Artist Management Internship at C3 Management is a unique opportunity to work directly with some of the most well-known artists in the music industry. 
As an Artist Management Intern, you have the opportunity to work with our team and develop skills in managing, marketing across the digital landscape, trend reporting and discovering new talent. This hybrid-model position is a unique view into the ever-changing music industry and marketing landscape. 
Qualifications Include:
• Love for music, finding new music online, discovery of new musicians via DSPs, shows, and TikTok/Reels/etc. 
• Trend awareness - someone who is “online” and grasps the ever changing landscape of trends
• Video editing skills (primarily for TikTok)
• Social media management skills
• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign)
• Some background in and a willingness to learn about the music industry and the music management processes
• Ideal candidate has a passion for music who keeps their finger on the pulse of new music and artists
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to represent our clients in a professional manner
• Ability to think and act strategically with good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work, and to work to deadlines
Additional Qualifications:
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's/Masters program at an accredited college or university 
• Must be 18 years or older and have sophomore standing or above 
• Commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis 
• Able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting assignment
