We pay a very generous hourly rate and require 10-13 hours of online zoom coaching per week. Perfect fit for a successful entrepreneur that wishes to contribute above and beyond what a typical work day allows.
Due to unprecedented growth, we are adding this new coaching position to compliment the seven freelance coaches currently in place as an increase to staffing head count.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Strong expertise in sync licensing with the ability to help artists navigate opportunities for placements, partnerships, and professional development in the synch arena.
• Content Marketing: Ability to teach artists how to create and leverage content that builds both virality and sustained audience growth. This includes practical strategies for visibility, storytelling, and engagement across platforms.
• Merch Monetization: Knowledge of how to conceptualize, produce, and sell merchandise as a scalable revenue stream. This includes understanding branding, customer experience, and how merch ties back into the artist’s larger ecosystem.
•Communication Skills: The coach must be skilled at providing clear, encouraging, and constructive feedback. They should be approachable yet authoritative, able to adjust communication styles to fit different learning personalities.
•Platform Proficiency: At least a fundamental, working knowledge of one or more of the “Big 3” platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) including how to create content, use platform-specific features, and optimize for growth. A coach who can demonstrate practical results or case studies here will be a strong asset.
•Strategic Mindset: Beyond technical skills, the coach should understand how to integrate all of the above, industry insight, sync, content, and merch, into a cohesive growth plan that makes sense for where an artist is now and where they want to go.
