There's a big difference between passive monetization—what you get by simply joining a network or label—and the precision, attention, and aggressive optimization we bring to every catalog we manage. We work exclusively with highly-successful independent artists and labels who've already built something real. They're professionals managing catalogs that generate serious revenue.
Most companies in our space compete on price or features. We compete on never letting our clients wonder if we're paying attention. After the initial revenue uplift, what keeps clients with us year after year is knowing someone actually gives a shit about their success.
We need someone to own that experience and help us take it to the next level.
What you'll do:
• Be the primary relationship for top-tier independent artists and labels managing serious YouTube revenue
• Solve complex problems about rights, royalties, and platform policies (or coordinate the experts who can)
• Think ahead about what clients might need before they ask
• Provide strategic advice on growth opportunities and business implications on YouTube and beyond
• Build systems that let us scale without losing our boutique feel
You're ideal if:
• You've done high-touch client work where relationships matter (including hospitality, account management, concierge services)
• You're naturally empathetic and genuinely curious about people's goals
• You take ownership of problems through to resolution
• You can build repeatable processes while maintaining personal touch
• Character and judgment matter more than music industry knowledge

• Industry partnerships and our service ecosystem
What we won't teach you:
• How to give a shit about people
• How to follow through
• How to build trust
Why this matters:
You'll be the trusted partner for successful independent artists building real careers. Your work directly impacts how much they grow with us, and how successful they can be. You'll define what "boutique service at scale" means as we grow.
Fully remote. High autonomy, collaborative culture. Overlap with US timezones important.
