Who we are:
C3 Management guides and develops the careers of a curated community of leading and emerging recording artists with offices nationwide. Our team uses specialized in-house services such as radio promotion, film and TV licensing, brand and sponsorship development, streaming/social media campaigns and artist driven philanthropy to develop artist relevancy.

The Job:
We are seeking a Content Strategy Lead for our growing artist management company. This position is a blend of content creation and training of Artist Managers and Artists across our roster.

What you will be doing:
Build and execute content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Analyze data to inform creative direction, posting cadence, and fan conversion
Connect organic and paid social campaigns to streaming lift and audience growth
Guide artists and managers on content tone, creative concepts, and social storytelling
Track platform algorithms and emerging trends — constantly testing what drives visibility
Build repeatable systems for content creation, distribution, and optimization

What you will need to know:
·       3–5 years in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media (music, talent, or brand)
·       Have a robust rolodex of content creators nationwide and strong relationships with creator agencies, talent reps, and digital partners
·       Fluent in short-form storytelling, trend cycles, and creative strategy
·       Analytical and comfortable using metrics to drive creative decisions
·       Understand how social discovery translates into fan retention and streaming consumption
·       Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-moving culture
