The Role:
Creative Coordinator / Day-to-Day Manager for an independent artist with 3M monthly listeners in LA. Outward facing as management proxy when needed.
Content Coordination (highest priority)
• Coordinate editors on Discord for lyric videos, clipping videos, DJ videos, curator videos
• Brief editors, keep pipeline moving, QC deliverables
• Coordinate and book shoots with top tier videographers
• Source prop/location ideas, handle shoot logistics and purchasing
• Shoot BTS content on set for fan page
• Source viral TikTok content for artist to recreate
Social Media / Fan Pages (second priority)
• Run and post on all fan accounts:
• Lyric page
• Clipping page
• DJ page
• Fan account
• Repost from main page to YT, Snapchat, Suno
• Social media creative direction — deciding what gets posted, how, when
• Understand short form content natively
Management Duties (third priority)
• Monitor email inbox for brand deal opportunities
• Act as proxy manager with labels, producer management, publishers
• Outward facing "manager" at networking events and industry meetings
• 20% commission on deals they personally source and close
• Artist will teach them his specific deal preferences and splits
Day to Day Admin
• Merch fulfillment coordination
• Marketing support (will be trained)
• General coordination between artist and his existing team
Compensation
• Base salary: $1,000/week ($52,000/year)
• Performance bonus: discretionary, paid based on results and growth — structured to reflect the value you bring to the business
• Deal commission: 20% on deals you personally source and close
• Probationary period: 90 days
Ideal Candidate
• 22–25, LA based, must be local for shoots and in-person needs
• 1–2 years coordinating content for a creator, artist, or brand
• Chronically online, native social media instincts
• Organized, good at managing creatives remotely
• Culturally fluent in music industry without needing deep experience
• Comfortable behind a camera for casual BTS shooting
