Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, highly organized Executive Assistant / Day-to-Day Manager to support senior leadership while playing a central role in the daily execution of artist management, marketing, and digital growth initiatives.
This is a career-track role for someone who is serious about becoming a professional artist manager. You will work directly with senior management on real strategy, real execution, and real accountability. This is not a passive administrative position — it is an immersive, hands-on opportunity to learn how artist careers are built and sustained.
This is a full-time, Denver-based, in-office position with required travel, which is a core expectation and a major perk of the role. While office hours are 9-5, there will be occasional work on the weekends or after hours.

Who Will Thrive in This Role
This role is for someone who is relentless about becoming a great manager, is a true self-starter, takes pride in being dependable, is comfortable being challenged, has a “figure it out” mentality, understands that excellence comes from repetition, discipline, and care, and wants long-term growth.
This person needs to be comfortable with an ever-changing environment with a constantly evolving schedule and deliverables. We’re looking for someone who’s fully committed to being an enthusiastic, active member of a small and busy team and has a genuine interest in, and a strong understanding of, our roster and the potential for our clients.
