Overview
Q Prime South is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution focused Digital Marketing Manager to oversee social media across the Q Prime South artist roster. This role is responsible for managing day to day social media activity with an emphasis on contributing to the broader marketing strategy behind releases, touring, and fan engagement.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a demanding environment, understands how artist brands grow online, loves live music, and can consistently translate marketing goals into content that resonate with fans.
Success in this role requires consistency, accountability, and strong communication with artists, managers, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
·   Manage and maintain artist social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
·   Execute consistent posting schedules tied to album campaigns, touring cycles, and fan engagement initiatives.
·   Monitor platform performance, audience behavior, and engagement metrics and report back to managers on a consistent basis. 
·   Develop weekly and campaign based content plans aligned with artist priorities and marketing timelines.
·   Coordinate with creative teams to produce and deliver content including short form video, graphics, photos, and written posts.
· Own the production and timeline delivery of platform optimized content and visual assets, coordinating internal and external teams across social, video, and promo materials.      
·   Translate artist marketing goals into social media campaigns that support music releases, touring, merchandise launches, and fan club activity.
·   Actively monitor fan communities and audience conversations across platforms.
·   Respond to fan comments, messages, and engagement opportunities when appropriate.
·   Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform features, and creator tools.
·   Recommend new formats and strategies that help artists reach new audiences and grow their communities. 
·   Provide weekly performance reporting across all socials, including clear takeaways, what is working, what is not, and specific recommendations for the following week.
·   Willingness to travel 10-20% 
Qualifications
·   3-5 years of experience managing social media for artists, entertainment brands, or creative companies.
·   Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
·   Experience building content calendars and executing campaigns tied to music releases or live events.
·   Ability to analyze platform performance and translate analytics into strategic recommendations.
·   Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
·   Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
·   Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when supporting touring artists.
Preferred Experience
·   Experience working directly with artists or within artist management.
·   Familiarity with digital marketing tools including social analytics platforms and fan engagement systems.
·   Basic video editing or social media design skills.
·   Experience working in the music industry or touring environment.
·   Strong passion for live music events
Compensation & Benefits
·   Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
