Over the years, we have grown into a multi-service creative agency with a label imprint, management company, recording studios, and a partnership in a media collective. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to support execution across paid media, email & SMS campaigns, creator programs, and general marketing operations.
This role is execution-focused - you’ll take operational and tool-based tasks off the team’s plate so strategic work can stay on track. You’ll work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing, who sets priorities and strategy, while you execute campaigns cleanly, accurately, and efficiently.

This is a junior-to-mid level role, ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution Support
• Build and update ad campaigns based on approved briefs
• Implement copy and creative changes
• Toggle campaigns based on predefined rules and thresholds
• Monitor surface-level performance
• Flag issues or anomalies for review
Email & SMS Operations
• Build and send campaigns from approved copy
• Manage segmentation and scheduling
• QA links, dates, and calls-to-action
• Maintain a campaign calendar
Creator & UGC Campaign Operations
• Research potential creators and partners
• Gather contact information and pricing
• Manage outreach and responses
• Track relationships and deliverables
• Monitor campaign progress and status
General Marketing Operations Support
• Handle platform updates and configuration
• Manage one-off updates and tool-based tasks
• Update listings, pages, banners, and integrations
• Execute ad hoc operational requests
Reporting Assistance
• Pull reports and data
• Update dashboards and spreadsheets
• Prepare summaries for internal review
Requirements
• Junior-to-mid level experience in marketing operations or digital marketing
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Able to execute quickly and accurately from direction
• Clear communicator and reliable operator
Nice to Have
• Experience with paid media platforms
• Experience with email or SMS tools
• Familiarity with creator or influencer campaigns
• Basic reporting or spreadsheet experience
