Mom Pop Music is a leading independent record label with a presence in New York and Los Angeles. With a commitment to collaboration, transparency and respect for artists’ creative controls, the label has grown to over 25 artists in multiple genres and a diverse team of employees.
We’re seeking a full-time Digital Project Manager based in Mom Pop’s New York City office (5 days in office) to lead artist campaigns from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, creatively minded, and deeply passionate about modern music culture and artist development. The Digital Project Manager role will own key digital strategy, data insights, and content execution, working closely with artists and managers to drive visibility, growth, and successful record releases in an increasingly competitive music landscape. Qualified candidates bring strong people skills, proven experience in digital project management, and a genuine enthusiasm for discovering and supporting new talent.
What We’re Looking For
• We're seeking a passionate digital marketer who can masterfully conduct campaigns across every key platform and tool. Your understanding of trends and virality will be essential, helping to unlock and amplify an artist’s digital footprint
• 1-3 years of experience in data/streamings analytics, campaign execution, and overall market awareness 
• Strong sense of artist positioning, with the ability to translate it into consistent and thoughtful digital strategy across platforms
• Innate understanding of fandoms, various data platforms (e.i. Cobrand, Luminate, Spotify for Artists, Chartex, etc.), 3rd-party strategic partnerships, and campaign activations
• Ability to thoughtfully, strategically and effectively work with artists and management teams
What You’ll Do
• Monitor streaming and social performance daily, translate data into actionable insights, and flag key findings to management
• Maintain content calendars, update digital platforms, and execute social campaigns
• Lead single and album campaigns from planning to release, coordinating timelines, budgets, and cross-departmental execution
• Support artists through live shows and on-the-ground campaign needs
• Manage all project communication between artists, managers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and cohesive execution of strategy and priorities 
• Oversee D2C strategy, CRM, Linktrees, and physical releases (bundles, vinyl)
• Work alongside creative department in strategizing content execution 
• Suggest press, sync, and strategic partnerships when needed
Compensation
Competitive compensation package including salary, incentives, and benefits. Salary commensurate with experience. Mom Pop also offers 3 weeks paid vacation per year in addition to Company holidays and Winter Vacation closures, a full health plan, and company 401K benefits.
