We are seeking a Director of Group Licensing to lead and grow our multi-location and enterprise business segment. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role focused on educating and licensing groups, chains, and large organizations that use music across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands how PRO licensing works, can speak confidently with sophisticated business operators, and wants to help shape how a growing PRO engages the market.
You will play a key role in expanding AllTrack’s footprint while advocating for fair compensation for songwriters and publishers.
What You’ll Do
• Lead licensing efforts with businesses that operate multiple locations (groups, chains, franchises, and enterprise accounts)
• Educate prospects on music licensing requirements and the value of lawful music use
• Perform daily outreach via phone, video conferencing, and email
• Collaborate with licensing management on lead strategy and targeted account lists
• Own and manage deals through the full sales cycle using our CRM
• Accurately document all outreach, pipeline activity, and deal progress
• Attend industry events related to your licensing efforts
• Represent AllTrack and its affiliates with professionalism and industry credibility
• Participate in weekly strategy and performance discussions with leadership
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of licensing processes
• Uphold all company policies, values, and code of conduct
What We’re Looking For
Required / Strongly Preferred
• Prior experience working with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO)
• Understanding of music licensing, royalties, and how creators and publishers are compensated
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or licensing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and modern sales tools
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
Nice to Have
• Call center or inside sales background
• Experience with high-growth or early-stage companies
• Broader experience in the business side of music or entertainment
