Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities
• Proactively prospect, pitch, and close brand and corporate clients seeking celebrity and talent bookings for events, activations, and private engagements
• Generate new corporate and private bookings to meet individual and team revenue goals
• Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of prospective brand clients
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on expanding FlyteVu's corporate and private bookings client base, market presence, and revenue
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting plans as needed to optimize results and achieve company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand clients, corporate event buyers, agency partners, talent managers, and talent agents
• Update sales software consistently and accurately; provide regular updates on pipeline progress, performance metrics, key milestones, and future plans via HubSpot
• Identify and attend networking events, conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings to build FlyteVu's corporate and private bookings presence and generate leads
• Stay well-informed on entertainment industry trends and be able to speak confidently to evolving market dynamics
• Represent FlyteVu's mission, vision, and values

• Communicate effectively internally and externally in a manner consistent with the company's Code of Conduct and core values
• Willing and able to travel frequently, including on weekends
• Willing to work non-business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Required Competencies and Skills:
• 5-8 years of sales experience in entertainment, talent bookings, or a corporate and private events-related field, with a proven track record of bringing in new clients
• An established network of brand decision-makers, corporate event buyers, and/or entertainment agency contacts
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deals simultaneously
• Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across PR, digital, social, influencer, and experiential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
• Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Keynote; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
Additional Preferences/Not Required:
• Agency marketing experience in a business development or sales role
• Experience managing multiple enterprise or large brand clients simultaneously
Education Required:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Journalism, Communications, Music Business, General Business, or a related field.
