As the Division Manager for The Master Pass VIP, you aren't just selling tickets—you’re selling the "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. You will spearhead our VIP ticketing division, overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-value client relationships, from the initial high-stakes pitch to the final curtain call.
We need a leader who balances the charisma of a top-tier salesperson with the analytical rigor of a financial controller. You’ll be responsible for hitting aggressive revenue targets while ensuring the division remains profitable and operationally seamless.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Strategic Growth
Drive Revenue: Identify and close high-net-worth (HNW) clients
Inventory Management: Strategically price and allocate VIP packages across music, sports, and theater portfolios to maximize yield. Maintain adequate inventory for VIP ticketing supplies (lanyards, passes, merch etc.)
Outbound Strategy: Develop and execute sales campaigns for new and exciting events
2. Account Management & Retention
White-Glove Service: Serve as the senior point of contact for premier accounts, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to event execution.
CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of client preferences and history to anticipate needs and drive repeat business.
Problem Resolution: Act as the "fixer" for any high-level client issues, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
3. Budgeting & Financial Reporting
Fiscal Oversight: Create and manage the annual divisional budget, including marketing spend and procurement costs.
P&L Responsibility: Monitor margins and ensure the division hits predefined Profit & Loss targets.
Data-Driven Insights: Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the executive team, highlighting sales trends, ROI on inventory, and forecasting.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a division manager or relevant role (3 year minimum)
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication
• Thorough understanding of diverse business process and strategy
• In depth knowledge of GMAIL systems, databases and information systems 
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (shopify)
