Benchmob sits at the intersection of music, culture, and the internet and we move fast. We provide digital strategy and content creation to some of the biggest artists in music and the most recognized brands online. Our team reaches millions of fans across the globe every day, and the ideas and processes we build often set the industry standard and create earned media moments that the culture talks about.
We're growing and we need someone in our corner who can keep up.
We're looking for a sharp, deeply organized, and fiercely reliable Executive Assistant based in Los Angeles to support our CEO and COO. This isn't a traditional assistant role; this is a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a forward-thinking entertainment and digital company operates at the highest level.
You'll be the strategic right hand to our CEO: owning the calendar, protecting leadership's time, keeping the machine running, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you love the music and entertainment world, thrive in fast-paced environments, and find satisfaction in bringing order to controlled chaos, this is your kind of role.
This is a contracted, part-time position based in Los Angeles, with a clear path to transition into a full-time role for the right person.
Note – we are looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and solution-oriented above all else. Experience matters, but judgment, discretion, and ownership are critical.

• You’ll coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up to ensure execution.
• Act as a communication gatekeeper - monitoring emails, drafting correspondence when needed, and ensuring nothing urgent or important slips through the cracks.
• Attend calls with the CEO and COO to take detailed notes and provide organized summaries using AI-supported note-taking tools.
• You’ll assist with travel coordination, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics.
• You will help organize leadership meetings, offsites, and team gatherings - ensuring smooth execution from planning to follow-through.
• You’ll track key deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing initiatives across departments, helping the CEO stay aligned without getting pulled into unnecessary operational details.
• Maintain strict confidentiality around sensitive company matters, partnerships, talent conversations, and personnel topics.
• You’ll contribute to our hard working yet friendly company culture, engaging in and actively participating in team meetings when relevant.
• You will report directly to the CEO and COO. Trust, efficiency, and strong communication will be essential.
• Assist with occasional personal logistics for the CEO, including coordinating household services, managing property access when needed, and ensuring things run smoothly during travel periods.
