Prominent boutique celebrity branding agency seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment, advertising/marketing/brands, and celebrity talent with an interest in becoming a talent agent.
Responsibilities
• Calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating
• Domestic and international travel arrangements
• Create itineraries for appearances, events, etc.
• Brainstorm and perform daily outreach to brands on behalf of high-profile clients to spark new business
• Aid CEO in preparing for meetings and taking notes during meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests
• Assist with special projects, errands, gifting, etc.
• Possess incredible attention to detail
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of assistant or relevant internship experience in the entertainment industry
• Previous experience at a major Talent Agency or PR firm preferred
• Strong understanding of fashion, brands, pop culture, etc.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
