The Role
We’re seeking a Growth & Audience Lead to support how our artists and content are distributed and discovered across platforms. This role works across FADER Music Group, FADER Media, and Cornerstone Agency, helping execute digital campaigns, extend content beyond its initial release, and support overall audience growth. You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are aligned, content is showing up in the right places, and opportunities to expand reach are being captured. Reports to the General Manager of FADER Music Group.
What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Distribution
• Support digital rollouts across FADER Label releases (singles, albums, tours), as well as management and editorial initiatives
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams on campaign timing, platforms, and asset delivery
• Identify and execute opportunities to extend campaign reach across social platforms
• Support ongoing content calendars tied to releases and company priorities
Content & Platform Strategy
• Manage how content is distributed across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Work with creative and marketing teams to ensure content is platform-appropriate and timely
• Help translate creative into formats that perform across platforms
Editorial & Media Integration
• Extend FADER editorial content (covers, interviews, franchises, live sessions) into social ecosystems
• Align with editorial teams on rollout timing and distribution strategy
• Support audience growth across FADER Media properties
Creator & Community Development
• Identify and engage creators, fan accounts, and relevant community pages
• Support creator and influencer outreach tied to campaigns and releases
• Help build a network of external partners that can amplify content
Cross-Company Campaign Support
• Work across label, management, editorial, and brand partnerships to support integrated campaigns
• Ensure alignment across teams and consistency in execution
Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance across campaigns, content, and creator activations
• Share insights on audience growth, engagement, and platform performance
• Support reporting for internal teams and external partners
Who You Are
• A digital native with a strong understanding of how content is distributed across platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Interested in music, media, and culture, with a working knowledge of how audiences engage
• A clear communicator who can work across teams and follow through on execution
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
• 1–3+ years of experience in a label, management company, agency, brand, or media platform
• Experience supporting or executing digital campaigns, content rollouts, or social strategy
• Familiarity with influencer/creator outreach and external partnerships
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and platform-specific formats
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools related to social and content performance
• Ability to manage timelines, assets, and multiple stakeholders across projects
What We Offer
• Pay range for this role is between $52,000 and $65,000
