Cloud 9 Adventures produces multi-day, international concert experiences on cruise ships and at all-inclusive resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean. Cloud 9 is currently seeking a full time employee to work on our Sales & Guest Relations team with a start date of April 1st. Our team works four days out of our Delray Beach office with one day remote.
The right candidate is personable, energetic, organized, and eager to learn. This entry level position requires an upbeat and positive attitude while providing the best customer experience possible to music fans across the country. We place a heavy emphasis on guest loyalty and have a robust pool of returning guests year to year, so having the ability to connect with people should come naturally. Cloud 9 looks for self-starters who have a passion for events, music, and adventure with the ability to jump into a fast-paced environment and work alongside a tight knit team.
The average day for this position involves communicating directly with guests, managing reservations, creating content on websites and in guest communications, with a heavy focus on copyright, spreadsheets and data collection to plan the logistics for guest’s arrivals to our events. This includes hotel check in/check out, loyalty programs, and airport shuttle operations. There is also opportunity to get directly involved with other department’s projects based on performance and aptitude.
Responsibilities:
• Bring your best to help our Travel Team manage and maintain 20,000+ reservations annually
• Daily workflow will involve fielding & responding to emails, live chats, and internal chats/meetings
• Daily use of CRM Platform, Web Based Reservation System, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack and WordPress
• Provide accurate event information to guests in a friendly, timely manner including but not limited to:
• Available inventory including rooms and add on items
• Payment terms and company policies including processing online transactions and adding fees
• Reservation details including account creation, name changes and pre/post nights
• Important travel details like airport/flight information and check in & check out details
• Serve as the first line in resolving guest issues before escalating to a manager
• Assist in collecting past due payments and/or missing reservation information
• Event On Site responsibilities include:
• Multi-day Guest Check In
• Staff Check In
• Guest Relations Desk Hours
• Aid in content creation for websites and guest communications
• Give creative input on event curated activities, theme nights, playlists and loyalty programs
Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements:
• International travel with Passport is required from December – March (holidays excluded)
• Positive energy + excellent customer service tactics
• Self-starter who retains information well and builds on it
• Excellent written + verbal skills
• Organized + attention to detail
• Passion for travel and guest experience
• Knowledge of Google Drive, Dropbox, and Excel
• CRM experience is a plus (Help Scout, Zendesk, etc.)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is also a plus
• Must love four legged co-workers who have a tendency to bark and beg for treats for in-office work days
