Hills Artists is seeking a highly organized intern to support the day-to-day operations of our management team. This is an opportunity for someone interested in artist development, creative project management, social media, and the inner workings of a music management company representing global artists. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excited to work across a fast-moving roster and projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assisting managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Ideating and completing social media ideas and fan engagement 
• Supporting artist campaigns, releases, content planning, etc.
• Researching opportunities across brand partnerships, press, digital strategy, and creative marketing
• Assisting with potential travel coordination and event support
• Supporting company-wide scheduling and general operational organization for the Hills Artists team
• Participating in team discussions and contributing creative ideas when relevant

Who You Are
• Passionate about music and artist development
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with social platforms and organizing schedule 
• Familiar with online trends and social media growth, ideally experience in Capcut or similar platforms
