The Role:
First Serve Management is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team, This is great part-time opportunity for someone ready to step up and take ownership of the client’s day-to-day social media presence. We are looking for someone who has a flair for storytelling, and a sharp eye for current memes/trends. You’ll work directly with the artist and their manager to create thoughtful, inspiring, and engaging campaigns across platforms to promote new music releases, tours, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee social media activity for DJ/Producer client, managing content calendars and publishing posts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client’s objectives, from single releases to tour promotion, and create social content that supports these goals while driving audience engagement.
• Release Day – Make sure all platforms are updated including client’s website. 
• Run dark ads/boosted posts to support music releases and tour dates.
• Develop a strong grasp of client’s unique voice, and creative vision to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with artist manager, DJ client, and external partners to coordinate content campaign execution.
• Pitch new ideas for use across social media channels and have a keen awareness of current trends and Tik Tok/IG trends.
• Tour Marketing. Update platforms when shows are announced (bandsintown and official social media channels). Work with show promoters to run dark ads/boosts. Gather tour flyers/assets and ticket links to post across client’s channels.
• Ensure all creative materials are properly formatted and optimized for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
• Track performance metrics, monitor platform trends, and apply insights to optimize posting strategies and content plans.
Key Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or content platform.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Fluent in Dutch would be helpful too.
• The role is Part-time requiring some flexibility based on EU/US time zone needs.
• Must have a strong awareness of popular new Tik Tok/IG memes and social media trends.
• Confidence using Canva, Adobe creative tools, or other to create promo assets.
• A strong understanding of short-form video, social trends, and platform algorithms.
• Experience shooting/editing short form video content for social media platforms – either using native tools or third-party apps.
• Experience in navigating DSP back-end systems such as Spotify For Artists, Apple Music for Artists.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a natural, conversational tone.
• A proactive, positive attitude - you enjoy problem-solving!
• A genuine interest in music – EDM/Dance music is a plus!
• Consummate professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
