We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Label & Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations across our artist roster. This role blends administrative coordination with hands-on creative involvement, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced music environment and wants to grow within an expanding company.
Experience in filming or editing artist content, contributing creative ideas, and supporting marketing initiatives is a major bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Artist & Label Support
• Assist in scheduling sessions, meetings, and content shoots for artists
• Help coordinate artist releases, timelines, and deliverables with management, A&R, and label partners
• Communicate with writers, producers, agents, and external vendors as needed
• Track budgets, invoices, splits, and release assets across projects
Marketing & Creative
• Support day-to-day content needs for artists (brainstorming creative ideas, capturing footage on set, helping film behind the scenes and social content.
• Assist with social media planning, uploading assets, and organizing content calendars
• Participate in creative discussions around visuals, branding, photo/video concepts, and rollout strategies
Operations & Admin
• Maintain internal databases, calendars, files and project trackers
• Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics for sessions, shows, and events
• Provide general support to executive and artist management teams ensuring smooth communication across the company
Qualifications
• Prior experience in the music industry, creator space, or entertainment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask across multiple active projects
• Comfortable filming content on iPhone or Camera with an eye for framing and good lighting
• Understanding of social media platforms and emerging content trends
• Creative thinker who isn't afraid to pitch ideas
• Reliable, resourceful, and eager to learn within a growing company
