Independent manager seeking part-time assistant and digital work across three artists spanning Pop, Indie, and Alternative.
Looking for a proactive, tech-savvy and creative assistant to support a manager handling signed and folk, indie, and pop artists. Fast-paced, hands-on role for a self-starter eager to jump in.
Requirements:
Comfortable with Excel, Gmail, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
Organized, detail-oriented, quick learner
Strong communication skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Administrative support, scheduling, tour support and coordination, and general tasks relating to day-to-day management
Assist with creative projects and artist coordination
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and files
Maintain consistent posting schedule across artists + fan page TikTok and Instagram accounts
Set up and maintain digital ad campaigns for releases
