About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Manager of Operations to be the linchpin of our organization, ensuring smooth execution across logistics, project management, marketing, and client relationships. In this role, you’ll drive the promotion and adoption of Genni’s innovative products and services, working closely with creators, partners, and clients. If you thrive at the intersection of adaptability, leadership, and operational excellence, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Promotion
• Support marketing efforts to showcase Genni’s value to creators and partners.
• Oversee monthly newsletters and ensure effective communication of product features and promotions.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, case studies, and brand-building initiatives.
Creator & Partner Engagement
• Lead weekly calls with creators, management companies, and partners to drive adoption and resolve challenges.
• Execute campaigns for Genni COD products and services, tracking performance and impact.
• Optimize strategies with internal teams to maximize engagement and revenue.
Business Development & Client Management
• Support Connected Partner opportunities alongside the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular outreach.
• Manage client accounts with quarterly (or as-needed) check-ins, addressing feedback and promoting Genni usage.
Technology & Operations
• Serve as the bridge between users and the tech team, resolving non-technical issues whenever possible.
• Collaborate on user-driven enhancements to improve product experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
Other Responsibilities
• Participate in staff meetings, networking, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
• 2-5+ years of experience in the music industry, creator economy, Saas platforms, B2B Sales, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
