About The Role
Born Again Records is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support artist campaigns, brand partnerships, and label-wide marketing initiatives. This role works closely with A&R, business development, and operations to help execute marketing strategies across music releases, events, and brand collaborations.
This position is ideal for students interested in music marketing, brand partnerships, live events, or entertainment marketing who want hands-on experience inside an active record label.
Responsibilities
Music & Artist Marketing
• Assist with rollout planning for artist releases (singles, EPs, albums)
• Support social media strategy development and content planning
• Research digital marketing trends, platforms, and audience behaviors
• Help coordinate marketing assets (press photos, bios, cover art, links)
• Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
• Research potential brand partners aligned with artists and label identity
• Assist with outreach materials and pitch decks
• Help track partnership conversations and deliverables
• Support coordination of brand-sponsored content or campaigns
Event & Experiential Marketing
• Assist with planning and promotion for showcases, listening events, and pop-ups
• Help coordinate event marketing timelines and assets
• Support on-site or remote event promotion and documentation
• Track attendee engagement and post-event follow-ups
Marketing Operations & Support
• Maintain marketing trackers and calendars
• Assist with organizing marketing assets and shared drives
• Support cross-team coordination between A&R, admin, and business development
• Help prepare recap reports and campaign summaries
Skills & Experience
Required
• Currently enrolled college student eligible for academic credit
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in music, culture, and marketing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and proactive
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with social media platforms or content creation
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools
• Interest in brand partnerships, live events, or digital marketing
• Prior internship, campus marketing, or creative project experience

Compensation Structure
Interns must be eligible to receive academic credit for their participation.
