Maison Arts is a boutique publishing company & record label based in Los Angeles, California. Maison Arts is seeking a Marketing Intern for the summer semester.
Duties Include:
• Shadow the Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Label teams to gain hands-on experience across campaign strategy, release rollouts, and day-to-day operations
• Maintain and update influencer marketing reports, including tracking live posts, engagement metrics (views, likes, saves), and organizing content links across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling organic social content for label and artist channels using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and tools such as CapCut
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager in drafting and posting organic social content for the label & our clients using platforms like Tik Tok / CapCut
• Research emerging social trends, creators, and platform updates
• Identify and source relevant creators, influencers, and media partners for outreach across New Media campaigns (TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, etc.)
• Assist in release marketing campaigns, including research, content creation, asset organization, marketing deck drafting, and communication across internal teams
• Compile and report on release performance metrics (streaming, social engagement, UGC usage), helping track campaign effectiveness.
• 10-20 hours per week, flexible with class/work schedules.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university studying the music business or a related field (marketing, business, communications, etc.)
• Interest in and passion for music of all genres
• Experience with research
• Organized with an attention to detail
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
• Expansive knowledge of current music/pop culture landscape
• Personal computer and phone
• Internship is based in LA, one day per week in office (Venice Beach) is required
• Canva experience, CapCut experience, Photoshop is a plus
Compensation:
• Course credit for the summer semester (required)
