Oury is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn songs into viral moments, especially on TikTok.
This is not an entry-level role. We are searching for someone who has already worked on viral dance music records and understands what it takes to scale songs to millions of streams through creator activation and smart strategy.
Focus: 90% TikTok.
What you bring
• Proven experience marketing dance music (techno, house, hard techno, EDM, trance, and related genres)
• Deep understanding of current TikTok trends, sounds, and formats
• An existing network of TikTok creators you have worked with before
• Real knowledge of creator pricing and negotiation in the dance music space
• Ability to handle multiple releases and campaigns at the same time
• Fast execution, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Full-time availability
• Strong communication skills for artist and internal team alignment
• Experience working on songs that achieved viral traction
Your responsibilities
• Creator sourcing, booking, and performance control
• Developing TikTok-first strategies for new releases
• Managing multiple song campaigns simultaneously
• Reporting results to the internal team and artists
• Joining artist calls to align on marketing direction
• Monitoring trends daily and reacting fast
