We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the creative vision, branding, and content ecosystem for Francis Mercier. This role is responsible for building and scaling Francis’ global brand presence through compelling storytelling, high-quality content, and meaningful audience engagement across all platforms.
The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and execution-focused, with a strong understanding of music, culture, digital marketing, and global audience growth.
Role Overview
You will oversee the full marketing and content strategy for Francis Mercier, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand identity across all touchpoints. From social media to visual production, marketing activations to merch rollouts, you will be responsible for shaping how the world views and appreciates Francis Mercier.
Responsibilities
• Define, refine, and support Francis Mercier’s brand positioning and creative direction across all platforms
• Work closely with the Solèy team to align on all shows and marketing initiatives involving Francis Mercier
• Develop and manage a full content strategy and calendar aligned with releases, touring, brand partnerships, and key milestones
• Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, including social media strategy and execution
• Direct creative production for photoshoots, music videos, and visual content
• Conceptualize and execute merch design, product drops, and rollout strategies
• Lead fan engagement activations (e.g. meet & greets, interviews, experiential moments)
• Oversee press, media, and influencer opportunities in collaboration with PR partners
• Lead special creative projects such as DJ podcasts, live recordings, and branded content initiatives
• Ensure consistent, authentic storytelling across all platforms to deepen fan connection and drive long-term growth
• Collaborate closely with Francis’ A&R team  to align music direction with visual and marketing strategy
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a position that has reflected the responsibilities above, in the music or entertainment industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Highly organized and proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, thriving in a fast-moving event calendar
• Strong creative direction skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present marketing ideas and strategies to artist management
