Music Assistant
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt role - 40 hours/week 
Compensation: $45,000-$47,500/yr
Location: Los Angeles or New York, On-Site/ Hybrid Office

Role Overview:
TBA Agency is seeking candidates for a full time position as a Music Assistant. This is an administrative position supporting an agent team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, an exceptional multi-tasker, has strong interpersonal skills, and is familiar with our roster. Previous agency or promoter experience is preferred. At this time we are only considering candidates based in the LA and NY areas.  
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of music industry experience, preferably in touring or live events.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for music and familiarity with the TBA roster is a plus.
Compensation:
This position is a Full-time, non exempt position, with a salary range of $45,000-$47,500/yr, and represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
