RYLTY x Seasons Music Group – Internship for current students
Part-time to full-time Internship (with monthly stipend) for current college student with music business or finance background to help with the facilitation and valuation of music catalog sales. The Intern will be expected to support two company founders, liaise with artist management teams, private equity funds, and internal stakeholders to close catalog acquisitions. Candidates should be highly adept at relationship management, research, attention to detail, and creativity to complete time-sensitive projects.

Seasons Music Group is a leading New York-based music catalog sale and general entertainment finance advisory business working with all genres and ages of music with well over 150 buyers, publishers, labels, distributors, funds, and individuals in the space. They have facilitated $200 million of catalog deals for some of the most successful artists, songwriters, and producers of all time. Skills and Interests required:
• Demonstrable experience or passionate interest in music. Finance, accounting, private equity, or business school exposure preferred
• Interest in business development in music and finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google sheets and Docs
• Aptitude with numbers
• Good organizational and design skills
• Some basic familiarity with music rights and the music business ecosystem
• Ability to multitask and manage time to prioritize tasks
• Must be self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with analytical and problem-solving skills required • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of a foreign language is a plus Deliverables • Review of Financial Data Rooms from Artist Management Teams
• Deal Stage Tracking and Triage with Buyers and Sellers
• Ingestion/Aggregation of Financial Data in RYLTY
• Assistance in various research projects for business development
• Liaising with Buyers and Sellers
• Ensure Completion of Data Rooms
• Marketing and PR upkeep and projects to grow company brand
• Answer any open questions from Buyers needed to Close Deals
