Music Coordinator
Classification: Full-time, exempt role - 40 hours/week 
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000/yr
Location: Los Angeles or New York, On-Site/ Hybrid Office

Role Overview:
TBA Agency is seeking a full-time Music Coordinator to report to and support a busy agent team. This mid-level administrative role requires prior talent agency experience in touring, exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are currently considering candidates based in the NY and LA areas.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience working at a talent agency, with a focus on touring.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in global music or performing arts centers preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Compensation:
This position is a Full-time, non exempt position, with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000/yr and represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
