Sounds great, what’s my part in this?
We are looking for someone that can support us in translating this approach to our biggest music partners, ensuring we understand their needs and servicing them to give the most value whilst also building relationships at every level of their business.
This will involve working across our artist and venue partners across the globe. You will work closely with the commercial team to help keep these partnerships growing, your main focuses will be:
• Building relationships with and understanding the needs of new as well as existing artist and venue teams, scheduling meetings and taking the lead on follow ups
• Supporting the senior management team in growing accounts, articulating case studies and clearly demonstrating the value in the platform in well presented proposals
• Helping us tell the best stories to the industry about the work we are doing and have done, in a targeted and consistent way - ensuring we keep cadence high
• Researching and identifying new opportunities to partner with the industry, attending regular industry events and getting out there to build your own network
• Working closely and collaborating with planet product, marketing and account management teams to develop the offering, thinking like a fan
• Always being data curious and expanding our approach to helping partners control their own fan relationships

• Has an equal level of comfort in building relationships whilst also being detail orientated in everything that you do, with strong written presentation skills.
• Proactive and self motivated, able to spot opportunities and take the initiative. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of building something new, and pushing ourselves and partners to not rest on the status quo.
• Is a music fan. Everyone at planet loves music at their core and having the mentality of a fan is really important in absolutely everything we do.
• Has a willingness to listen and learn what's working and what isn’t, whilst grabbing the chance to increase responsibility as the business grows into new markets and verticals

We’re currently based in Highbury, with plenty of comfortable space to do your best work, whilst ensuring we have a good work life balance
• Our commercial and product teams aim to work together in person 3 days a week in the office, whilst also being out and about at meetings with partners a couple of days a week so we are looking for someone who is London based

• We have a pretty structured process in place and want to help career progression, with fortnightly one-on-ones, monthly creative sessions and quarterly get togethers to involve everyone in the journey we are on. We also take some time each month to reflect and celebrate what we’ve learned and achieved.
