What We’re Looking For: **
We’re looking for a ****self-motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Publishing Coordinator **to join our small but dynamic team. This role could become full-time if you are the right candidate.  
The ideal candidate will have **at least 1 year of experience **at a publishing company.  
**Responsibilities: **
• Manage registrations and audits of compositions at PROs and mechanical societies 
• Track down and clean up song metadata
• Upload, organize, and tag music on DISCO, ensuring all metadata is accurate and up to date
• Support A&R initiatives by coordinating writer calendars and identifying new artists, songwriters, and producers signings
• Pitching catalog songs for sync opportunities
• Ability to identify emerging trends within the music industry
**About You: **
• Prior experience in a music publishing administrative role
• Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Docs & Spreadsheets and Outlook for Mac experience
• Experience with DISCO song program 
• You are a self-starter, self-motivated, and take responsibility/ownership of tasks
• You are highly organized and detail oriented 
• You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, anticipate needs and help create efficient and effective processes 
• You possess a thorough knowledge of industry standard musical terminology and  language
