We’re building a next-generation artist management company focused on electronic and pop talent, with an emphasis on culture-driving artists, forward-thinking brand partnerships, and long-term career building.
We’re looking for a senior-level Artist Manager / Partner to join at the ground level, someone who has already operated at a high level, understands how to manage complex artist businesses, and is ready to build something of their own.
This is not a support role. This is a** partnership opportunity.**
The Opportunity
• Operate as a partner in a new management company, helping shape vision, roster, and strategy
• Build and/or bring a roster of artists (electronic, pop, or adjacent)
• Work collaboratively on deal-making across touring, brand partnerships, releases, and media
• Help define the company’s taste, positioning, and culture from day one
• Participate in revenue share / equity structure (based on experience + contribution)
Who You Are
• 5–10+ years experience in artist management (or equivalent senior role)
• Currently or previously managing high-level or globally touring artists
• Deep relationships across agents, labels, promoters, and brands
• Proven track record of closing meaningful deals (touring, partnerships, releases)
• Strong independent operator
• Entrepreneurial mindset
