Job Summary
We are looking for a commercially minded, highly motivated Partnership Specialist to help drive revenue growth through brand partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with the company’s commercial goals. This person should be confident in a client-facing sales environment, skilled at developing tailored proposals, and comfortable working across internal teams to deliver high-value partnership campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and develop new partnership and sponsorship opportunities across relevant brands, agencies, and commercial partners
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support revenue targets
• Lead outreach efforts through email, calls, meetings, networking, and industry events
• Develop customized sales presentations, proposals, and partnership packages based on client needs and company offerings
• Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and contract details to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring a high level of service and long-term account growth
• Collaborate with internal teams across content, marketing, operations, and leadership to align partnership opportunities with business objectives
• Track sales activity, partnership performance, and pipeline progress through reporting and CRM tools
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to inform outreach strategy
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, conferences, and networking environments
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, sponsorship sales, media sales, or a related client-facing commercial role
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience creating proposals, pitch decks, or partnership packages
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Experience in media, entertainment, events, digital marketing, or brand partnerships is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting, and performance tracking is a plus
