Personal Assistant to High-Profile Music Artist
Location: Los Angeles and Malibu
Schedule: Full-time, flexibility required (days, evenings, weekends as needed)
Compensation: $80,000–$140,000 DOE + full benefits
Overview:
A high-profile music artist is seeking a sharp, discreet, and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to support both personal and professional needs across multiple Los Angeles residences. This role requires someone who understands the pace, privacy, and nuance of a celebrity lifestyle and can seamlessly operate within a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and thrives in a support role where no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the principal’s dynamic daily schedule and logistics
• Pack/unpack for frequent travel and ensure all personal items are organized and accounted for
• Run errands, source items, and handle last-minute requests with efficiency
• Coordinate family schedules, activities, and transportation as needed
• Liaise with security teams, drivers, and household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
• Assist with travel preparation, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting a high-profile individual, celebrity, or UHNW principal
• Strong understanding of the entertainment industry lifestyle, culture, and demands
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Flexible schedule with the ability to be on-call as needed
• Comfortable driving between multiple residences in Los Angeles and Malibu
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Calm under pressure with a “no task too big or small” mentality
• Tech-savvy and resourceful
