We are hiring a new employee to be focussed on physical product (LP/CD/CS) and the retailing of those items worldwide.
Job Requirements
• Prior or current experience with physical media and retailing of those goods
Job Duties
• Submit new and repressed physical titles to our distribution partners around the world
• Keep up with restocking needs with our distribution partners and warehoused stock
• Weekly marketing updates and one sheets across our catalog to distribution and indie record store partners
• Vinyl sales to touring artists on the company’s internal labels
• Scheduled communications with label and management partners
• Work with artist teams and external partners to develop and execute retail marketing plans not limited to, but including listening parties, and ad/co-op campaigns
• Traveling to retail related conferences on behalf of the company
Ideal Efficiencies
• The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with staff members and artist teams
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency and openness with macOS, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Todoist, Airtable, 1Password, Slack, Notion, and Spark
