About Planet: Shaping the future of live events
Live events are the highest-fan-intent moment, where more followers become fans but that energy disappears the moment the show ends.
Planet exists to change that. We are building the system for live events. To give the intelligence and tools to make every fan feel known, every moment to feel personal, and every show the start of something longer lasting.
A world where every fan interaction, before and beyond every event compounds into deeper more personalised relationships, and that intelligence is instantly actionable to ensure the relationship lasts.

• Understanding the needs of these partners through deep knowledge of their artists and their business challenges and opportunities to identify growth opportunities within each account
• Be the lead on growing these accounts through your knowledge of the category, with the ability to clearly articulate clear use cases and ROI for the Planet product.
• Working cross functionally and collaborating with product, marketing and operations to to develop the offering, thinking like a fan.
• Always looking for new opportunities to partner with the industry and be a powerful product and service to any suitable new partner, working closely with your team to unlock new accounts and partnerships.
• A chance to build a team as these accounts grow, expanding the business into new markets.
✅ We are looking for someone who:
• Has 5+ years of experience in the music industry/ adjacent with demonstrable experience in a commercial, account management or partnerships role - ideally with a background working closely with labels and great relationships across the industry
• Has an equal level of comfort with being a networker whilst also having a detail orientated approach to everything that you do, with strong written presentation skills.
• Experience in leading and growing accounts, stakeholder management and strong communication, using a story telling approach
• Comfortable translating product features into compelling partner-facing narratives
• Proactive and self motivated, able to spot opportunities and take the initiative.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of building something new, and pushing ourselves and partners to go against the status quo.

• Is a music fan. Everyone at planet loves music at their core and having the mentality of a fan is really important in absolutely everything we do.
