THE ROLE
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Latin America finance team, responsible for owning critical aspects of the division’s forecasting and budgeting processes. The role will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to consolidate and analyze monthly forecasts, while delivering strategic insights across multiple business segments. This position will also play a leading role in the implementation of business intelligence tools, driving automated financial reporting and advanced metrics analysis. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will be instrumental in onboarding new entities, ensuring full compliance with Live Nation policies and procedures.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Build and maintain financial models for reporting requirements and strategic analysis, with a focus on the OneStream rollout.
• Consolidate biweekly pacing submissions across all Latin America entities, providing variance analysis versus prior submissions and prior year performance, while identifying and highlighting potential risks and deviations from forecast assumptions.
• Aggregate and validate show list data against system records, providing variance explanations versus prior forecasts (e.g., show cancellations, CM movements, venue changes, etc.).
• Review monthly JV submissions, capturing forecast vs. actual variance explanations, validating that all drivers are accurate, reasonable, and fully supported by underlying financial data and system outputs.
• Prepare consolidated monthly variance analysis versus forecast and prior year for Latin America division.
• Work alongside the divisional accounting team to ensure compliance with company & regulatory policies, data integrity, accuracy of variance explanations and adjustments, and alignment on deliverables related to forecasts.
• Support the Finance Manager on forecast presentations.
• Assist with due diligence of new acquisitions by participating in walkthroughs of new processes, identifying opportunities for seamless data integration.
• Build out and implement executive dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools (including OneStream dashboards) to provide key stakeholders with KPI's & insights, with drill-down capabilities as needed.
• Assist with Ad-hoc requests as required, depending on business needs
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• At least 4+ years of Financial planning, analysis experience
• Knowledge of Finance/Accounting/GAAP principles and strong business acumen.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and implementation of forecasting software.
• Strong interpersonal skills required to work alongside individual business units and effectively communicate business results to various audiences.
